KanShield max is a combination of three natural extracts: pongamia seed, lotus flower and liquorice root.
SPF and UVA boosting
Due to its mechanism as electron-trap booster, it boosts across the UV spectrum. In the example of zinc oxide, it boosts the intrinsic performance of zinc oxide, lifting absorbance in both UVA and UVB.
Effective at low dosage
A small amount goes a long way and the maximum SPF/UVA boost is achieved at a dosage of 0.2% only.
